Biosynthesis of the [Fe]-hydrogenase cofactor
In the Shima group, we are interested in the enzymes involved in the biosynthesis of the FeGP cofactor. My project is focused in the catalytic mechanisms of the two radical-SAM enzymes involved in the first and last steps of the biosynthetic pathway.
[Fe]-Hydrogenase, Cofactor Biosynthesis and Engineering
